TECPESA launches a Linestop system for service works up to 400°C called TECPESA RED.

Starting in 2022, TECPESA customers can now contract a new Linestop service for their high-temperature lines. This system, using materials applied in the aerospace industry, allows for plugging lines up to 400°C with a system different from the traditional Linestop head & sealing element assembly. This type of work is primarily used in steam lines, high-temperature hydrocarbon circuits, petrochemical plants, refineries, solar thermal power plants, etc.

The initial service offered is for 4” pipes, and the diameter will be increased to 6”, 8”, and so on.

On the other hand, TECPESA is already working on developing another Linestop system for lines operating above 400°C.
