HOT-TAP
HOT-TAP
Using a valve or a tee, we cut the pipeline to access its interior. We work with diameters from 1/2″ up to 72″. Depending on the diameter, we can operate at pressures up to 100 bar and temperatures up to 400°C on a wide range of materials, from polyethylene to stainless steel.
LINESTOP
From single to quadruple Linestops, with or without bypass. We can obturate from 1” with very low-pressure using gas bag systems, or with Linestop heads at low, medium and high pressure.
Our RED system allows high-temperature Linestops up to 400ºC. It’s a unique plugging system with a double seal, using materials derived from the aerospace industry, which we’ve adapted for the energy sector.

MAINTENANCE
In all countries where we have service centers, we perform maintenance on our clients’ equipment. We carry out preventive checks and periodic maintenance, as well as complete disassembly of equipment and the verification and/or repair of each of its components.

TRAINING
TECPESA places special emphasis on training its clients, developing training courses for the operation of the equipment we supply. Training is conducted at TECPESA’s facilities, and in some cases, we provide on-site training at the client’s premises.
