Barcelona, March 22 (EUROPA PRESS).

The Mexican society Oceanografia has chosen Tecpesa, specialized in works on gas and oil pipelines, to be awarded with a contract to repair pipes of petroleum platforms in the Gulf of Mexico.

This project is the result of Tecpesa’s decision to settle in Mexico, through its subsidiary TBL Ingeneria y Servicios SA de CV, given the growth of the country and its investments.

TECPESA spent three years working in Latin America, especially Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, Peru and Colombia, but it was in the year 2010, that the company finally settled in Mexico.

Over 70% of Tecpesa’s sales are made outside of Spain, and the company has offices in France, UK, Mexico, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates.

Tecpesa Group, based in Barcelona, was established in 1989 as a SME dedicated to the distribution of specific products for oil and gas industries, and counts with companies like Repsol YPF and Gas Natural among its primary clients.
